Delivery time of each commission are of 2–4 weeks (can change if I have a lot of orders)

Vtuber Comissions average delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 months, depending on complexity, actual delivery may change based on number of orders.

If due dates are discussed, it is also the client's responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.

I will not work with people who have a history of generating AI images.

If you need your commission private (only for you personal use and don´t use in my portfolio), this has the next costs +100% of the cost of the commission.

Every 3 months I delete archives (beware of your commission)

Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.

You are allowed to print your commission for your own physical copy, so long as it is not being produced for profit.

Please remember that we have an artist-client relationship. Be polite and remember this is my work.💟

Harassment, rude behavior, or spamming messages will result in termination of the commission without refund.

All prices shown are in USD 💲 You are responsible for making currency conversions.

Payment must be received in full before commission starts (paid via VGEN, Stripe, PayPal, AirTM or methods as provided by the Artist.)💰

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

Invoices, proposals or payment links will be sent to the Client when the Artist is ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before these requests for payment from the Artist.

An additional fee may apply if the client requests an oversized canvas size for the artwork (must be discussed before I begin working on it).

Payment plans are only available for Vtuber / Big orders / certain commercial commissions.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan

The artwork will only be delivered once the payment has been covered in full.

The payment must be received in full before I start working on the commission. The client must pay the commission in a lapse of maximum two weeks or it will be deleted from the waiting list

Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.

I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed and agreed.

I do not accept payment from shared PayPal accounts unless you are not of legal age and use a parent/guardian’s PayPal account.

Clients are accredited to any changes required when sketching ONLY and 1 change in the color process. (any further revision has a base cost of 3 USD🪙).

Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me.

Clients will be updated with any progress.

In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.

If you are not sure as to what you specifically want in your order, and you leave it to me, I'll have to charge an additional 50% extra fee of the commission price for the extra time I'll need to invest

The order time delivery begins when I start to work on your order (if u need it EXPRESS or ASAP, please do let me know so we can sort it according to my waiting list)

Express order or ASAP commission have a fee of + 50% of the original cost

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order. (This is after delivery commission)

If you decide to change your model or avatar, the commissioned material is charged as a new order if the product was previously delivered satisfactorily.

There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.

Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

Do not reproduce or redistribute my work without my permission.

If you do not want me to tag you just let me know.

If you transform or modify my work, or you give a wrong use and deform or corrupt the archiv.It is your responsibility.

Copyright belongs to and remains with me unless commercial use is paid

Commercial use has a price of 50% of the commission.

NDA has a price of 50% of the commission.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, a personal site, business cards, etc).

In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client

Do not mint/sell the commission work for NFT.🚫

My work is not allowed for AI or IA art.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the beginning of the ordering process.

I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.

The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.

The NDA fee usually starts at +25% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee

If you need a refund, send a message before canceling the order. (Give me 24 hours to respond)

When do you ask to cancel the commission, if I have already started I may need to charge a fee for the time spent

If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.
